You don’t have to look around very hard to find a decal of some sort. They are on machinery, windows, vehicles, products, conveyers - the list goes on and on. We have been in the decal business for the industrial equipment industry for a very long time. We currently have over 30,000 different decal part numbers available. With new business opportunities and the new addition in Olathe we have now decided to manufacture decals and decal kits ourselves.
To be successful in decal production, we needed to hire an expert in this field. Phil Juarez joined TVH in July 2012 as Decal Production Supervisor. Phil has over 25 years of experience in decal production for the industrial equipment industry. He brings knowledge of what it takes to make quality decals, as well as being an expert in how to efficiently produce decals.
We have state of the art printing equipment now operational in our new expanded facility in Olathe. We have two state of the art printers. Our large printer is used for high volume continuous printing jobs. A smaller printer will be used for just in time or rush orders, allowing us flexibility in manufacturing while ensuring our stock is in a good position and enabling our main printer to run continuously. By manufacturing decals ourselves, we will have control over quality, inventory, as well as the ability to make prototype decals for new business.
