TVH Warehouse Addition
We are growing again. We are adding an 198,852 square foot addition which we started in late March 2012. With the construction of a 14,176 square foot mezzanine, the total expansion will be 213,028 square feet. When this expansion is completed, TVH will have over 575,000 square feet under our roof in Olathe.

The exterior finish of the expansion will continue the overall scheme of our facility. An additional ten dock doors will be added for bulk receiving. In addition, accommodations will be added for eight additional dock doors for a possible fourth addition.

The mezzanine structure will increase the Electronic Assembly area at least two-fold. Many of the energy conservation initiatives incorporated into Phase 2 will be incorporated into this expansion as well.

Current plans call for completion and occupancy by the
end of 2012.
